In Memoriam

We mourn the loss of our friend and colleague, Jeffrey Kaplan, who died suddenly in upstate New York on October 10, 2020.  Jeff’s distinguished career chronicled more than 35 years in the legal profession in New York serving his clients. Jeff was a friend to all who met him at the firm, he loved to travel with his wife Marsha, still competed regularly in triathlons and was an avid skier.  He will be missed by many.  Our thoughts, prayers and deepest condolences are with his family.

Jeffrey Kaplan has been involved in all areas of real estate law, but has focused his practice on representing both landlords and tenants in structuring, drafting and negotiating complex office and retail leases.
