Jordan Haas focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, representing clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing across a variety of asset classes including commercial and multi-family real estate development. Jordan also counsels clients in connection with asset-based lending, real estate finance, bond financings, and debt restructuring, and has experience assisting with real estate closings and reviewing title commitments and surveys. He has represented clients in commercial leasing, lease workout matters, and has appeared before the Kansas Board of Tax Appeals on tax valuation matters.

Prior to joining BCLP, Jordan served as an associate with a boutique firm in Kansas specializing in real estate and commercial litigation. He also served as a summer associate with two other area firms.

During law school, Jordan served as a staff editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy and interned for the Honorable Janice Miller Karlin in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas.
