Jordan Haas focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, representing clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing across a variety of asset classes including commercial and multi-family real estate development. Jordan also counsels clients in connection with asset-based lending, real estate finance, bond financings, debt restructuring, and has experience with loan origination and assumption transactions. Jordan represents a wide variety of clients in their financial and real estate matters and has appeared before the Kansas Board of Tax Appeals on tax valuation matters.

Prior to joining BCLP, Jordan served as an associate with a boutique law firm in Kansas working in real estate and commercial litigation. He also served as a summer associate with two other area firms.

During law school, Jordan served as a staff editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy and interned for the Honorable Janice Miller Karlin in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas.
