  • Sale of the HSBC Tower in Canary Wharf Estate - Advised on the indirect sale of the property for £1.2b in 2014. A complex deal structure which required the skills of a multi-disciplinary BLP team.
  • Unite Students - Advised on the £300m equity capital raise for Unite Students and acquisition of the AUB student accommodation fund. This was a complicated deal which required careful coordination of timelines and delivery.
  • Frogmore Fundraising - Advised on a £400m equity capital raise from a broad range of global institutional investors. A highly-organised project working across multiple time zones.
  • Private Rental Sector Fund - Advising Countrywide and Hermes on the launching of the Vista UK Residential Real Estate Fund. Utilising the Countrywide network to invest in residential property across the UK. The fund has a target growth of £1bn over the next 5 years.
