Khaled Tarazi is an associate in the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group where his practice focuses on distressed business situations, including non-bankruptcy workouts and chapter 11 restructurings.  He serves as counsel for distressed companies, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, landlords, leaseholders, and commercial debtors in loan workouts and bankruptcy matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tarazi practiced law at a Phoenix-based bankruptcy firm and was a judicial extern for Judge Randolph J. Haines, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.
