Kwabena Yeboah is an Associate in the Tax Advice and Controversy client service group. His practice focuses on the structuring of low-income housing tax credit, new markets tax credit, renewable energy tax credit, and historic rehabilitation tax credit transactions. He also has experience representing investors in conservation easement transactions.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Yeboah worked in finance and accounting for an international manufacturing company where he performed audits of manufacturing facilities and operations on a worldwide basis, including a focus on Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) audits in emerging markets.
