Biography
LaRona Mondt Kitzinger is an associate in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance group. LaRona assists with lower middle market mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions from the letter of intent stage through diligence, closing and post-closing matters. LaRona represents private companies in acquisition, disposition, and carve-out transactions, as well as reorganizations, joint ventures and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, LaRona worked at a Denver-based national law firm and a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and graduated cum laude from Colorado State University where she was a Boettcher Scholar.
