Leah Schultz is a member of the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group. Ms. Schultz’s practice includes representing clients in general and complex litigation involving commercial contract and tort disputes related to banking, insurance, and consumer disputes. Her practice also includes representing individual and corporate fiduciaries in actions involving trust and estate litigation.

Ms. Schultz recieved her J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, she served as the President of the Legal Association of Women Students and the Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory International Law Review. Upon graduation, she received the National Association of Women Lawyer’s Award. Ms. Schultz graduated from Gonzaga University with degrees in political science and history, and also earned third place at the National Debate Tournament.

Prior to law school, Ms. Schultz was an assistant college debate coach at Harvard University.
