Biography

LiJen Shen is a registered U.S. patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets. Her experience in patent prosecution encompasses areas of computer software, mechanical devices, and business methods. 

As a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese, LiJen also helps clients from China and Taiwan with their legal needs, including securing, enforcing, and defending their intellectual property rights in the U.S.

LiJen has a bachelors degree and a masters degree in computer science and information engineering. Prior to her career in law, she was a software engineer with several major computer manufacturers in Taiwan, including Acer Inc. and AsusTek Computer Inc.
