Marie-Emilie Codina focuses her practice on corporate finance, commercial and real estate finance and structured finance with a particular emphasis on all kinds of desintermediated financing (from asset-backed financing to collateralised bonds). She assists notably international banks in major securitisation transactions involving amounts of up to EUR 2,5 billion. Marie-Emilie has also a strong expertise in debt restructuring and bank regulatory compliance issues.

Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Marie-Emilie worked on a variety of banking and financial matters and corporate law at several French and international law firms.

Marie-Emilie graduated from Bond University (LL.M International Legal Practice), from Université Paris-Est (LL.M International and European Business Law) and from Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne (Licence in Private Law).
