Natalie is experienced in technology-driven document review and project management for complex and large-scale litigation. Her experience includes Kira, an AI-driven data extraction tool that optimizes volume review and management of contracts. Her proficient leadership and critical thinking skills allow her to develop cost-efficient strategies for managing teams of attorneys to meet crucial deadlines. For two and a half years, Natalie was a critical member of a team defending a complex civil action, assisting with an initial complex document review, deposition and witness preparation, and trial preparation; she also played an integral part in obtaining summary judgment on the client’s behalf.

Primary Review and Project Management Experience:  Product liability, commercial disputes, antitrust, real estate, and contract matters; DOJ investigations and SEC second requests; due diligence and contract analyses.

Practice Experience: Deposition witness and trial preparation; large-scale contract and data privacy analyses; advised clients on e-discovery collection methods to cull and prioritize data
