Ned Lemkemeier has experience in collective bargaining and labor negotiations on behalf of a wide variety of employers throughout the United States, including employer associations. He has handled all aspects of union organizing efforts, including NLRB proceedings and development of employer campaign strategies. He has arbitration experience in all aspects of contract administration. His broad federal and state court litigation experience includes wildcat strike injunctions, damage actions for wildcat strikes and lockouts. Mr. Lemkemeier has represented employers in all facets of NLRB activities, Department of Labor matters including FLSA investigations of wage and overtime issues and discrimination charges before federal, state and local agencies. He performs extensive day-to-day counseling with employers regarding all aspects of employment, including union-free environment, policy development, plant relocation and shutdown issues and workforce reduction plans. He was a partner with the law firm of Spoehrer and Lemkemeier 1965-1984, and was with Monsanto Company in 1962-1965.
