Rebecca Todeskino advises national and international companies on all matters of intellectual property law, in particular trademark, competition and copyright law. She assists clients with the registration of German, EU and international trademarks and in securing, exploiting and enforcing their rights before the respective trademark offices and in court.

Furthermore, she advises companies with regard to transaction-related IP matters and on data privacy, IT and e-commerce matters, including legal issues surrounding major IT projects, the structuring of online shops and other Internet pages, and the licensing and distribution of software and other IT products.

Rebecca Todeskino studied law at Hamburg University, and LMU Munich. Furthermore, she holds an LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology from Bocconi University in Milano. During her traineeship, she worked amongst others for the German Federal Foreign Office in Vilnius, Lithuania.
