Reinhard Bunjes works in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner's banking and finance department. He represents German and international banks, institutional investors, sponsors and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated finance transactions.

His praxis reaches from real estate via acquisition and project finance transactions to export finance transactions, including ECA covered transactions. Mr. Bunjes’ experience includes various complex transactions, including representing the sponsors, EIB or the lenders on three of the first six German federal motorway PPPs.

In the context of the finance praxis Mr. Bunjes’ has also advised on numerous real estate transactions. He is also thoroughly experienced in advising in corporate law matters.
