Biography

Seth Frederiksen, Co-Leader of the firm's Corporate Transactions Practice, regularly advises public and private clients of all sizes, from start-ups to mature companies, on complex business transactions. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance and general corporate matters, with a particular concentration on representing clients in the renewable energy sector, including the development, construction and operation of solar power generation and storage projects, and also clients in the food and beverage industry.

Seth's clientele for which he has significant responsibility include numerous energy and natural resource companies and corporations, global agricultural biotechnology companies, a global direct selling company, a casino gaming company, and other start-up and venture capital companies in a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Seth represented clients in Washington, D.C. from the aerospace, defense, automotive, information technology, healthcare and health information management sectors.
