Simren Gill is an associate focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation.  Ms. Gill represents clients ranging from individuals to multinational corporations in a variety of industries, including software, franchise, and financial services. Ms. Gill also volunteers pro bono with the Alliance for Children’s Rights to provide legal assistance on guardianship matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gill was a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Ms. Gill graduated from UCLA School of Law, where she was chosen for membership into the Order of the Barristers. The Order of the Barristers provides national recognition, and lifelong membership, to select individuals with exceptional advocacy skills.  Ms. Gill was an active member of UCLA’s Moot Court and Mock Trial programs and travelled throughout the United States arguing before distinguished members of the bar. She was a National Finalist in the National Moot Court Competition in 2016, and presented a case before members of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico before graduation in 2017.  While at UCLA, Ms. Gill was recognized by the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers for her advocacy efforts and was awarded their 2016-2017 scholarship. Ms. Gill was also recognized by the Masin Family Academic Excellence Committee for her top performance in legal writing. This recognition resulted in the opportunity to teach legal writing to first-year students at UCLA School of Law.

Before moving to Los Angeles for law school, Ms. Gill worked for the United States House of Representatives, Office of Congressman David Valadao in Washington, D.C.
