Steven T. Ferraro is an associate in the Real Estate Group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ferraro practiced in the New York office of an international law firm, focusing his practice on a broad range of real estate matters. He has experience representing real estate investors in connection with the acquisition of significant real estate projects, and advising his clients of the tax ramifications of their transactions, and of their rights under contracts and leases. Mr. Ferraro has also represented sellers, creditors, debtors, tenants and landlords through various stages of litigation in the New York State Courts.

While attending Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Ferraro interned for the Hon. Jeffrey A. Spinner in the Supreme Court of New York, Suffolk County, the New York City Tax Appeals Tribunal and the Advertising Council.
