Olympic Village (now East Village) - Led the team that advised the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) on all aspects of the construction, delivery and disposal of the Olympic Village, for use during the Olympic Games for housing athletes, and legacy conversion for 1,379 affordable and 1,439 private homes, together with education and healthcare facilities.
Greenwich Peninsula - Advised English Partnerships (EP) (now Homes and Communities Agency) and central Government in relation to all aspects of the high profile project for the regeneration of the 200 acre Greenwich Peninsula site, including the development and subsequent sale of the Millennium Dome (now the O2 Arena).
Airport City Manchester - Advised Argent in relation to the development of the £800 million Airport City project at Manchester Airport, a joint venture with Manchester Airport Group, Beijing Construction Engineering Group, Carillion and the Greater Manchester Pension Fund. Airport City will provide 5 million square feet of commercial development, including offices, hotels, manufacturing and logistics.
Cranbrook/Skypark - Advised E.ON on the funding and delivery of an energy centre and combined heat and power network to provide a sustainable source of heat to a new 3,500 home community and 1.4 million square feet commercial development at Exeter, one of the largest low carbon networks in the UK.
Barking Riverside - Advised English Partnerships (EP) (now Homes and Communities Agency) on the Barking Riverside PPP with Bellway Homes for the regeneration of this 400-acre site, identified as one of the key sites in the Sustainable Communities Plan, and subsequently advised the PPP vehicle relating to delivery of the scheme.
Lewisham Gateway - Advising on the Lewisham Gateway scheme that involves the removal of the roundabout opposite Lewisham's railway and DLR stations. This will be replaced by a new road layout and a new development, making it easier for pedestrians to move back and forth between the stations and the town centre. When complete, Lewisham Gateway will include shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, leisure facilities, up to 800 homes, a park and a town square.
