Atlanta Partner Marilyn Fish and DC Attorney Lily Kurland authored an article published July 22 by Law360 with seven practical tips to help organizations get started on complying with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) new pay data rules. “Time is ticking away for employers required to file EEO-1 reports to collect and submit pay data to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for years 2017 and 2018,” they write. “The new data, which the EEOC has identified as ‘component 2’ of the EEO-1 report, is due to the EEOC by Sept. 30, 2019.” Fish and Kurland provided additional insights in a recent blog post.
