BCLP recognized in Legal 500 Latin America Guide

BCLP’s Miami office has been recognized in the Legal 500 Latin America guide, which was released earlier this week. The International Arbitration Team, led by Partners Pedro Martinez-Fraga and Ryan Reetz, were recognized in multiple categories, including a Tier 1 ranking in the City Focus- Miami table. Researchers highlighted the exceptional work done in big ticket investor-state arbitrations, most notably their work advising a consortium of investors in a dispute against Venezuela. Also highlighted was their work in commercial arbitrations and cross-border disputes where they act on behalf of a state.
