BCLP Senior Counsel Mark Deiermann has been recognized as among the nation’s best for delivering superior service to corporate clients in the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2023 report. BTI compiles this annual list by polling hundreds of general counsel and other legal decision makers nationwide. This year’s list features 293 attorneys.

According to the report, a client said of Mark, “We have a long relationship with Mark that goes way back – he has delivered for us numerous times over the years.”

Mark is a litigator whose practice primarily involves commercial and business disputes. He has extensive experience in unfair competition matters, particularly in connection with covenant not to compete, trade secret and employee unfair competition disputes. Mark has been involved in more than 60 cases involving noncompete/trade secret disputes; handled numerous noncompete/trade secret disputes which were resolved without the need for litigation; counseled many “old” employers, former employees and/or “new” employers regarding the enforceability of noncompetition provisions; drafted noncompetition agreements; reviewed the enforceability of noncompetition provisions contained in sale of business agreements; and provided advice and guidance to other attorneys in the firm’s various offices in connection with noncompete, trade secret and similar matters they are handling.
