Max Multer Authors Article In ‘POWER Magazine’

BCLP Counsel Maxwell Multer authored an article published Feb 2 by POWER Magazine on FERC’s recent approval of most of Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s (MISO) proposed revisions to its Generator Interconnection Procedures, designed to reduce the submission and negative impacts of speculative requests to interconnect to the MISO-controlled transmission system. The reforms include significantly increased milestone payments, expanded and earlier site control requirements, and creation of an Automatic Withdrawal Penalty that will apply to most withdrawals from the interconnection queue.
