Partner Anne Redcross Beehler co-authored an article published in the August 2023 issue of Orange County Lawyer. The article offers steps Big Law can take to retain and promote women and parents, including staffing matters with women and mothers, having a mindset of growth, and the importance of flexibility and kindness to team members. “For Anne, some of her most memorable moments in Big Law come from working with parents and clients who understand the importance of promoting women and mothers at work,” the article states. “Most recently, the firm nominated Anne to participate in a first of its kind transatlantic leadership communications program called ‘Podium,’ which paired women partners with women in-house lawyers, fostering relationships of support and connection between outside counsel and their clients.”

Anne co-authored the article with Dana Heyde, Partner at Cottle Keen Lopiccolo & Heyde LLP.
