Partner featured in multiple outlets on move to firm

New BCLP Partner Scott Cummings has been featured in multiple outlets for his move to the firm, where he will practice as a member of BCLP’s Intellectual Property and Technology group. He was profiled June 28 by Law360, American Lawyer, Bloomberg, and Reuters. Scott is the latest member of a large group whose move to BCLP was announced in June.

Formerly head of the highly ranked Post-Grant Group within Dentons’ Intellectual Property and Technology Practice, Scott also has eight years of experience as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He has significant first-chair Patent Office trial experience and has earned an impressive string of victories on behalf of both patent owners and patent challengers before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
