BCLP advises BentallGreenOak on acquisition and development of logistics park Mittelweserpark near Nienburg

International law firm BCLP advised leading global real estate investment management advisor BentallGreenOak on all aspects of the acquisition and development of “Mittelweserpark”, an industrial and logistics park near Nienburg in Lower Saxony, Germany. With a phased completion between Q1 and Q3 2024, Mittelweserpark will comprise a total area of ca. 127,000 square meters of state of the art warehouse and office space. It might be one of the largest speculative logistics projects in Germany under way this year.

BentallGreenOak collaborated closely with Thirteen Seven GmbH as the development manager to realize this greenfield project development.
