Norbert is a partner in the Real Estate team in Germany. He has over 20 years’ experience in corporate and real estate investment transactions (by way of both share and asset deals), joint ventures and M&A, financing and asset property management. In various types of single asset and portfolio transactions as well as project developments, Norbert has built up a real estate transaction practice offering tailor-made solutions. He mainly advises institutional investors, property owners, family offices and financial institutions throughout every phase of real estate investments. He also has experience in equity and loan real estate financing. 

Norbert has also been a notary in Berlin since 1998 with experience both in real estate and corporate related notarial work (such as M&A transactions, real estate portfolio transactions, mergers, company restructurings and spin-offs).
