BCLP partner weighs in on trademark infringement

In a round-up piece on trademark cases to watch, BCLP Partner Jeff Wakolbinger, was quoted Jan.1 by Law360 on a recent trademark infringement case that found an NFT project was emulating a registered trademark. Jeff said: "This metaverse case showed that at least this judge and this jury found that the real world rights do protect you against virtual infringements."
