BCLP Attorneys Andrey Spektor, Laura Perlov and Eric Chartan were invited to host a CLE presentation for Thomson Reuter’s West LegalEdcenter.  In their Nov. 1 program, Andrey, Laura, and Eric reviewed issues surrounding work product and attorney-client privilege, the evolving precedent on government “filter teams” in federal investigations, and potential arguments privilege holders can make in protecting sensitive material.   The BCLP team—consisting of a former federal prosecutor, experienced defense attorney, and former in-house lawyer—offered practical tips and best practices for companies to avoid common pitfalls.
