BCLP was proud to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month in May, which annually honors the history, culture and traditions of AAPIs across the country.

The I&D Team welcomed Caleb E. Jay, Vice President and General Counsel for the Arizona Diamondbacks, for a virtual discussion on his experience as an Asian American in the business of baseball. During this engaging conversation, Caleb shared his unique career journey and the challenges he overcame along the way. Attendees left understanding the importance of mentorship and how to maintain effective relationships as a mentee and mentor.

Event hosts from BCLP included Counsel Angela Hsu and Associate Jina Shin. Angela is Board Chair of the State of Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity and a Board Member and Past President of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
