This three-hour program is split into two sections. The first section on International Expansion will cover legal and compliance considerations related to international expansion, including anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws; counterparty diligence; best practice hygiene; international contracting; select personnel matter; select intellectual property matters; and policies and procedures. The second section on Public Relations and Crisis Resilience will cover how to properly handle a public relations crisis and when to get legal involved.
