BCLP Senior Associate Mark Kaye authored a blog post for London First, published Jan. 11, which asks what is next for London following the implementation of “Plan B” in early December 2022.

With COVID infection rates close to peak, there is a real possibility that the UK government’s work from home guidance will fall away in the coming weeks. Within this context, Mark considers the now familiar issues employers will need to consider in bringing employees back to the office, concluding “whilst this all seems like déjà vu for employers, the fact that almost all organisations have already tackled return to work issues means that they should be better prepared this time.”
