Biography
Arjun Dwesar is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Finance Transaction group. He advises a broad range of clients on a wide variety of cross-border and domestic banking and finance transactions (acting for both borrowers and lenders). Arjun has experience in the areas of acquisition finance, general corporate banking facilities, investment fund finance, trade finance, receivables financing and margin lending.
Arjun holds a B.A. in Political Economy from King’s College London and a B.A. in Law from the University of Cambridge.
