Biography

Hannah is a BCLP Fellow in the St. Louis Office. As a Fellow, Hannah splits her time between pro bono legal work and the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes practice group.

Hannah provides pro bono legal services to the participants of Concordance, a non-profit reentry program aimed at reducing recidivism in the St. Louis area. Hannah provides the participants of Concordance with hundreds of hours of pro bono legal services in a variety of areas. The majority of Hannah’s work with Concordance consists of resolving clients’ outstanding misdemeanor and traffic matters, as well as assisting participants in obtaining their driver’s licenses.

In her billable practice, Hannah is primary to the Business and Commercial Disputes practice group, where her practice primarily focuses on complex contractual disputes. Hannah also maintains an active practice with the firm’s Financial Disputes and Investigations practice group, where she assists clients in defending against enforcement actions brought by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and Department of Justice (DOJ).
