Biography

Ryan Fitzpatrick focuses on intellectual property matters including patent prosecution and patent litigation. Ryan’s practice includes preparation and prosecution of patent applications involving mechanical, electro-mechanical, and software technologies in both domestic and foreign jurisdictions. Ryan also prepares patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions to assist with patent portfolio management, and has experience with inter partes review proceedings.
