Biography

Sara Ouarti advises French and international companies on the management of individual (hiring, contract termination, negociated departure) and collective labor relations (drafting of collective agreements, information- consultation of the Work council, labour law aspects of restructuring operations).

Sara also represents the firm’s clients in litigation before the courts (industrial tribunal, court of appeal, judicial tribunal, etc.)

Sara is registered with the Paris Bar and holds a master’s degree in business law (DJCE) from the University of Rennes I.
