BCLP advises LBBW on 350 million Euro refinancing of a real estate portfolio

International law firm BCLP advised Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) on a refinancing with a volume of over EUR 350 million. LBBW is refinancing a real estate portfolio of the "Sondervermögen PATRIZIA Res Publica Hessen I". The portfolio consists of 22 fully let properties in Hessen with a rental area of approx. 331,300 sqm.

LBBW is the largest German Landesbank and a leading provider of financing solutions for companies in the real estate industry.
