BCLP Hosts Healthcare Fraud Enforcement Webinar with Guest Speaker from U.S. Attorney’s Office

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner will host a timely discussion reviewing recent prosecutions and litigations involving the False Claims Act and pandemic-related fraud, with practical advice for corporations and individuals.

BCLP Partner Andrey Spektor, a former federal prosecutor, and Partner Laura Perlov will discuss what has been referred to by some as the three-headed healthcare fraud monster: the False Claims Act, Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback statute.

Joining them will be Julia Nestor – Eastern District of New York’s (EDNY) healthcare fraud coordinator, coronavirus fraud coordinator and deputy chief of the Business and Securities Fraud Section – to provide an overview of the federal agencies involved.
