Partner Ed Coulson and Senior Associate Ben Blacklock co-authored a chapter, entitled ‘Brexit and its Impact on Competition Litigation in the UK’, for Global Competition Review’s (GCR) Private Litigation Guide, first published Nov. 22. The chapter considers the extent to which Brexit has resulted, or may result, in material changes to English law governing private damages actions based on breaches of competition law.

The Private Litigation Guide explores key themes such as territoriality, causation and proof of damages that are common to competition litigation around the world with jurisdictional overviews and Q&A’s.

BCLP’s Competition Litigation team is led by Ed Coulson advising on leading cartel damages and abuse of dominance actions, regularly involving group claims.
