BCLP was featured in multiple outlets March 7-10 on the launch of BCLP Podium, an exclusive and first-of-its-kind leadership communications program in the legal industry, which brings together the next generation of female lawyers from BCLP and its clients to help enhance their communications skills and advance their careers. "It was very uppermost in our minds that we wanted to do something that was more than just words describing the issues that women in the legal services industry have faced and continue to face," co-chair Lisa Mayhew said. "We wanted to have a program with concrete content to support the development of female talent in our industry, and to do that with clients felt like a really great way to do that."
