International law firm BCLP announces that it has advised Winvia Entertainment PLC, a technology-led entertainment business, on its London IPO.  Winvia Entertainment was today admitted to trading on AIM, with a market capitalisation on admission of £205 million.  Shore Capital acted as nominated adviser to Winvia and as sole bookrunner and broker in relation to the accompanying heavily oversubscribed institutional placing.

Winvia Entertainment operates in the UK prize draw and Romanian online gaming markets, and has expanded rapidly through a combination of organic development and targeted acquisitions.  The company plans to use the proceeds of the placing to fund further acquisitions in the UK prize draw market, accelerating its growth.

The BCLP team was led by Client Relationship Partner Nick Myatt, assisted by a core team of Senior Associate Lara Rush and Associates Jessica Kain and Chidima Atueyi.

Nick Myatt, commented, “We’re proud to have advised Winvia Entertainment on its successful AIM IPO – an important transaction in building renewed momentum in London’s IPO market. This marks an exciting step forward for a tech-driven business with bold growth ambitions.”

Client testimonial - "Working with BCLP on our IPO has been a seamless and collaborative experience. Their unwavering commitment throughout the process has been instrumental in our successfully reaching this exciting next chapter. We’re grateful for BCLP’s partnership and delighted to have them by our side as Winvia Entertainment moves forward as a public company."
