BCLP Partner Rebecca Nelson authored an article in the May/June issue of The Corporate Board concerning the Biden administration’s activist approach to antitrust, which is driven by stakeholder concerns and the growing clout of online businesses. “President Biden has sent strong signals to the business community by naming activist antitrust enforcers to those key positions, but has added even more tools to his kituse of a sweeping executive order, creation of a new presidential commission, and appointment of a presidential antitrust advisor,” she wrote.
