Abby West is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions group. Her practice focuses on representing companies in a variety of corporate transactions and general corporate matters

Prior to joining the firm, Abby served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kenneth Ripple of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Abby served as editor of the Georgetown Law Journal, senior writing fellow, law fellow for a first-year legal practice course, and research assistant.
