Adam is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice group.

Adam received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Fordham International Law Journal and the Mediation Clinic. In addition, he was a research assistant for Corporate Law Professor Sean Griffith.
