Brittany Wiser focuses her practice on representing commercial landlords and tenants in their leasing activities throughout the country.  Brittany’s leasing experience includes work on industrial, office, medical and retail projects, including alternative leasing arrangements for short-term and pop-up commercial concept projects. In her leasing practice, Brittany is adept at drafting, reviewing and negotiating a full range of documentation, from large leases with multiple rights and options to routine and complex amendments, all with an ultimate focus on her clients’ success.

While in law school, Brittany was Editor in Chief of the Denver Law Review. She was also a legal extern for the Hon. Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court and the Hon. Christopher Zenisek of the First Judicial District. Brittany currently serves on her law school’s alumni council and is a professional mentor in her law school’s professional mentoring program.
