Biography

Bryan represents institutional investors, public and private real estate companies, and financial institutions in transactions across the United States. His practice covers acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, management, and development of diverse asset types including student housing, senior housing, office, condominium, multi‑family, industrial, and retail properties.

With experience across multiple jurisdictions, Bryan drafts and negotiates loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture and operating agreements, leases, reciprocal easement agreements, and other multi‑party governance documents. He also performs detailed real estate due diligence—reviewing title, surveys, and development agreements—to ensure each transaction proceeds with precision and foresight.

Clients value Bryan’s ability to anticipate challenges and align legal structure with commercial strategy. His “Client Intelligent” approach means he listens deeply, understands business drivers, and tailors solutions that protect value and advance opportunity. For clients, this translates into transactions completed efficiently, risks managed effectively, and investments positioned for long‑term success.

Bryan’s steady counsel, technical command, and broad market insight reflect the trust he has built through consistent performance and thoughtful partnership. He brings clarity to complexity—helping clients move confidently through each stage of the real estate lifecycle.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryan was counsel and associate at several national and multi-national law firms, where he represented clients both nationally and abroad. He was also a summer law clerk to the Honorable Richard L. Young of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
