Chelsey Phelps is an associate in the firm’s Finance Transactions practice group. Her practice focuses on real estate finance, commercial mortgage servicing, and other commercial real estate transactions.

Chelsey received her J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law where she was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and participated in the Appellate Advocacy Clinic where she filed briefs and participated in oral argument in the Fourth Circuit.

Prior to law school Chelsey worked in development for her alma mater, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
