Darian is an associate in the Technology and Commercial Transactions team. He focuses primarily on complex intellectual property, technology, and commercial transactions.

Darian guides clients through a broad spectrum of complex transactions across several industries. With a diverse background in both in-house and private practice experience, he is able to draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements that protect and maximize the value of clients' intellectual property interests in order to achieve their strategic objectives. These agreements include supply agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other supplemental and strategic commercial contracts.

Darian also has experience advising clients on relevant policy and regulatory matters, as well as organizational formation/structure and corporate governance matters, intellectual property matters involving M&A, and other corporate ventures.

Darian served as in-house counsel for the largest agricultural bank in the United States and was previously an associate for other large national and international law firms.

Darian received his J.D. from University of Colorado Law School. During law school, he was a student attorney in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, had work published in the Colorado Technology Law Journal, and was Vice President of the Latino Law Student Association.
