David Tse is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice group whose practice focuses on real estate finance, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and structured debt matters.

Prior to joining the firm full time, David was as a summer associate at BCLP in 2023. During law school, he also worked as a legal intern for Pacers Sports & Entertainment.
