Elizabeth Schlesinger is an associate in the Private Client Group. She is experienced in assisting clients with pre-death estate planning and wealth preservation as well as post-death trust and probate administration.
Ms. Schlesinger handles the drafting of estate planning documents including medical directives, durable powers of attorney, wills and "pour-over" wills, various trusts, and antenuptial agreements. She also drafts business succession documents, private loan and refinance documents, and basic real estate documents including private leases and various deeds. Ms. Schlesinger has experience establishing business entities such as LPs and LLCs and overseeing the administration of irrevocable trusts, estates, and probate.
While attending law school at Washington University in St. Louis, Ms. Schlesinger received the Dean’s Book Award and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She also served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Policy and participated in a variety of activities including the class gift committee and Outlaw.
