Biography

Emily is an associate in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations practice group, where she advises clients on contentious and regulatory matters, focusing on internal investigations and enforcement actions within the financial services industry and broader corporate sector.

Additionally, she serves as a Concordance fellow, providing pro bono legal services to a nonprofit reentry organization dedicated to reducing recidivism in the St. Louis area. In this role, Emily assists recently released individuals in securing driver's licenses and resolving pre-incarceration misdemeanors to support their successful reintegration into the community.

Emily earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law with a concentration in International and Comparative Law. Fluent in Spanish, Emily has extensive experience working with Spanish‑speaking clients and handling legal matters in both domestic and international contexts. During law school, she interned at a firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she worked on complex, cross-border corporate matters. She later studied abroad in Lima, Peru, completing legal coursework in Spanish. Emily also served as a student attorney in the Human Rights at Home legal clinic, where she provided legal services to immigrant communities.

Prior to law school, Emily graduated summa cum laude from Marquette University with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in International Business, Marketing, and Spanish.
