Garrett McDowell is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions group. His practice focuses on advising public and private companies in a broad range of M&A and venture capital transactions. He also has experience working with companies on corporate governance and formation matters.

Garrett was previously a summer associate with the firm and graduated with honors from Southern Illinois University School of Law. During law school, Garrett served as an Article Editor for the Southern Illinois University Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
